Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the zx77 website accessible at zx77.io, including all sub-pages, services, tools, and features made available thereon.
• "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses any service therein.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's Account, including any bonus credits where applicable.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by a Player using an accepted payment method, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded to a Player pursuant to a specific offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a Player must wager before a Bonus Balance or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Game" refers to any casino title, live dealer table, slots product, or betting market made available on the Platform.
• "Transaction" refers to any deposit, withdrawal, or internal transfer of funds associated with a Player's Account.
• "Taka" / "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the functional currency of the Platform. The symbol ৳ is used throughout to denote Taka amounts.

Account Registration

To access the full range of services on zx77, a Player must register a personal Account. Registration is subject to the following conditions:

• Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• Registration requires the provision of accurate, complete, and current personal information including full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. zx77 is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate information provided at registration.
• Players must create a secure and unique password for their Account. zx77 recommends using a combination of upper and lower case letters, numerals, and special characters. Players must not share their login credentials with any third party.
• zx77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo ID) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a periodic review.
• Accounts that remain inactive (no login activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. zx77 will contact the Player at the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy procedures.
• zx77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the zx77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: Players must be at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute requirement. Players under the age of 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, or play under any circumstances.
• Jurisdiction: zx77 primarily serves the Bangladesh market. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. zx77 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside of the markets it serves.
• Capacity: Players must possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent or who are subject to any court order restricting their legal capacity are not eligible to register.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who have voluntarily applied for self-exclusion on zx77 or through any associated responsible gaming programme are not eligible to register a new account or resume play during the exclusion period.
• Employee Restriction: Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of zx77, as well as their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold or use a Player Account on the Platform.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on zx77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the Platform, however, payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional methods may be introduced or removed at the Platform's discretion.
• Deposits are typically credited to a Player's Account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. zx77 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Players must only deposit using payment accounts registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to maintain the integrity of anti-money laundering controls.
• zx77 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. Players should allow up to 3 business days for funds to be received.
• zx77 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold.
• A Player's Real Money Balance may only be withdrawn if all applicable wagering requirements associated with any active bonus have been satisfied, or the Player has chosen to forfeit any remaining Bonus Balance.

Bonuses & Promotions

zx77 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, or other incentives to Players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms stated within the offer itself:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only and are not redeemable for cash until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, a standard wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses and free spins have an expiry period. Unless the specific offer states otherwise, bonuses expire within 7 calendar days of being credited to the Player's Account. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus offer may be active on a Player's Account at any given time. Players who accept a new bonus offer while a previous bonus remains active will have the previous bonus forfeited.
• zx77 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reverse any bonus offer at its sole discretion if it determines that a Player is abusing the promotional system, engaging in bonus hunting, or otherwise acting in bad faith.
• Promotional offers are made available to Players for personal, non-commercial use only. Any attempt to systematically exploit promotions for profit — including through the use of automated tools, multiple accounts, or coordinated play — constitutes prohibited conduct under Section 7.
• zx77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus at the time of modification will not be adversely affected by that modification with respect to the already-claimed bonus.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all gaming activity conducted on the zx77 Platform:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their selections before confirming a bet. zx77 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where a manifest technical error has occurred on the Platform's side.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or server error during a live game or betting event, zx77 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore the session to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, the affected round or bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account.
• For live sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), all markets are governed by the specific rules of the relevant sport. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a market, the decision of the relevant officiating body shall be final.
• Maximum bet limits apply to individual games and markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface or market detail page. Bets exceeding these limits may be voided or reduced to the applicable maximum at zx77's discretion.
• The use of any automated betting tool, bot, script, or artificial intelligence system to place bets or interact with games on the Platform is strictly prohibited. Detection of such activity will result in immediate account suspension.
• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems operated by the relevant third-party game providers. zx77 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the results of individual games or rounds.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the zx77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same identity or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised means, including the use of stolen payment credentials.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform to conceal the origins of illegally obtained funds. zx77 maintains active anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities without prior notice to the Player.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including through the sharing of real-time hand or bet information.
• Using software, tools, or techniques that provide an unfair advantage over other players or over the Platform, including card counting tools, RNG prediction software, or exploit scripts.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct directed at zx77 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's systems, databases, user accounts, or administrative interfaces.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, data, or intellectual property from the Platform without the express written consent of zx77.

Responsible Gaming

zx77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for a minority of players, and we take active steps to provide tools that help Players maintain control of their gaming activity.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure session duration reminders that notify them when a specified amount of playing time has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the Account cannot be used for any gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. A self-excluded Player may not create a new Account during the exclusion period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the zx77 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, graphic designs, user interface layouts, logos, trade marks, service marks, game content supplied by third-party providers, text, data compilations, and audio-visual materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of zx77 or its respective licensors.

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transferring any intellectual property right or interest to a Player.
• Players must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of zx77.
• The zx77 name, logo, and all associated branding are trade marks of zx77. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zx77's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• zx77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform.
• zx77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and force majeure events may affect Platform availability. zx77 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.
• Players participate in all games and betting markets at their own risk. Gambling involves the risk of financial loss, and zx77 accepts no responsibility for a Player's individual gambling outcomes.
• zx77 is not liable for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials, including losses caused by unauthorised access resulting from a Player sharing their password.

Amendments to These Terms

zx77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following process governs amendments:

• Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file, or via a prominent notice displayed upon login to the Platform, no less than 7 calendar days before the amended terms take effect.
• Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to formatting) may take effect immediately without advance notice.
• Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not agree to the revised Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
• The most current version of these Terms is always available at zx77.io/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent substantive revision.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted, construed, and enforced in accordance with applicable principles of commercial law. zx77 is committed to resolving any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform in a fair and transparent manner.

• Informal Resolution: In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact the zx77 support team in the first instance. Our team will use reasonable efforts to resolve the matter within 5 business days of receiving a formal complaint submitted to [email protected].
• Escalation: If an informal resolution cannot be reached within a reasonable timeframe, either party may escalate the dispute for further review. zx77 will provide written reasons for any decision that is adverse to the Player.
• Language: All communications and proceedings in connection with any dispute shall be conducted in English.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms accepted by the Player, constitute the entire agreement between zx77 and the Player and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the subject matter hereof.
